At Caring Hands Loving Hearts, we support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism to live full, everyday lives in their own homes and communities across Pennsylvania. We’re enrolled with Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and accept the Consolidated, Community Living (CLW), and Person/Family Directed Support (PFDS) waivers.

Starting at $18/hr for Direct Support and up to $40/hr + differentials for RNs

We specialize in supporting medically and behaviorally complex individuals – including those whose families aren’t ready for residential placement but still need Enhanced IHCS, 24/7 staffing, or skilled in-home nursing. We’re fully ODP-enrolled, accept all three Pennsylvania ID/A waivers, and we keep communication direct and responsive, with a direct line to leadership and quick turnaround on referrals.
